Yummmm

So Saturday I made the yummiest Pico de Gallo and Guacamole recipes I've tasted in awhile, and it's all because of Ree. Who is Ree? Recently I've become a little bit obsessed with her blog, thepioneerwomen.com. It's amazing. She has tips on cooking, photography, cool stories about her everyday life on a ranch. Ben has been getting on my case, actually, cuz I'm on her site so much. But it's that good. So go check it out! :) And in case you're interested, her recipe for Pico and Guac is here. The only thing I did differently is used about half the amount of jalapeno and no seeds, lots of lime juice, and some garlic salt in the guacamole. It was fantastic... if I do say so myself. ;)
